Outdoor Living & Pool House

This project centered on the creation of a outdoor living environment designed for year-round use. The full scope included the construction of a custom pool house and expansive exterior entertaining spaces, transforming the property into a private retreat that seamlessly blends architecture, landscape, and lifestyle.

The pool and surrounding terraces feature radiant heating beneath custom marble decking, allowing the outdoor spaces to remain functional even in winter months. The pool house itself includes a full bath, kitchenette, bar, pizza oven, and grill. Beneath the structure, a dedicated equipment level houses the radiant and pool infrastructure. The custom pergola steps up the entertaining possibilities with an integrated retractable movie screen.

Additional exterior enhancements include covered porches, pergolas, and multiple outdoor cooking zones adjacent to the main residence.
