The owners of this Collegeville home wanted a comprehensive renovation that enhanced flow, functionality, and livability while maintaining the integrity of the existing footprint.

The kitchen became the centerpiece of the renovation. Structural modifications allowed for expanded sightlines and a more open layout, anchored by dual islands, custom cabinetry, and refined detailing throughout. Subtle design moments—such as concealed faux beams and a hidden walk-in pantry door—add character without disrupting the clean, cohesive aesthetic. Bathrooms throughout the home were fully renovated, flooring was updated, and stair railings and banisters were reworked to unify the interior.

Below, the lower level was transformed into an inviting space for entertaining, featuring a fully conditioned wine cellar, custom bar, and a newly added exterior entrance that connects seamlessly to future outdoor living areas.
