Revolutionary War-Era Addition
This Lower Merion residence was built in the late 1700’s and updated in ‘07-’08 using a design by MichaelVisich Architects. The owners’ primary concern was the blending of old with new in a consistent fashion, which can be challenging with older homes.
We worked very closely with the homeowner and architect on the look and feel of the addition and the sourcing of materials.
In total, the addition included a new family entry, mudroom, powder room, family room, four-car garage, guest suite and game room.
Ultimately, the transition from the old to new were deemed "seamless" by the homeowners.
